Predixis' MusicMagic web services are available for a 14-day trial evaluation. Customers are encouraged to fully evaluate the software prior to subscribing to MusicMagic web services. Evaluation software may be downloaded from the Predixis web site, is fully functional, and includes complete online documentation. During the evaluation period, technical support is available by sending e-mail to music@predixis.com.
After signing up for the subscription, MusicMagic offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, just send an e-mail to orders@predixis.com or call our order department at 866-815-9562 (toll free) or 626-305-9090 within 30 days of subscribing to the web service.
Refunds are only issued within 30 days of being charged. There are no pro-rated refunds. Refunds will be credited to the same credit card that was used to originate the subscription.
